Description

  • Provide phone, email, and text-based support to customers, partners, users, and community members.
  • Address customer concerns politely and confirm information through active listening.
  • Balance speed and efficiency with a high-quality customer experience.
  • Proactively monitor in-progress deliveries and take corrective action when needed.
  • Manage non-standard delivery situations with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
  • Use Salesforce and other internal tools to log interactions and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with teams across Roadie to support a seamless delivery experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably with a technology or logistics company.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of personalities.
  • Ability to quickly problem solve and troubleshoot.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
  • Ability to receive and apply feedback to improve support quality.
  • Ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity proactively.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
