Description

  • Design, build, and operate a multi-channel product enablement program across live workshops, microlearning, playbooks, certification paths, office hours, and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Audit existing enablement materials, identify gaps, and prioritize the highest-impact product areas and workflows.
  • Create role-based learning journeys for teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Support, Product, and Engineering.
  • Produce enablement assets including instructor guides, slide decks, short videos, hands-on labs, product playbooks, FAQs, and customer-facing templates.
  • Curate and maintain a living product knowledge base with version control and clear ownership.
  • Partner with Product, UX, Operations, and subject matter experts to ensure technical and domain accuracy.
  • Lead enablement for new product launches, including launch materials, training waves, Q&A sessions, office hours, and feedback collection.
  • Drive adoption through enablement campaigns with pre-work, launch training, reinforcement, and measurement.
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding programs, recurring Product 101 sessions, and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Define metrics, perform cohort analysis, conduct enablement research, and report effectiveness insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building and delivering enablement, training, or learning and development programs in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience designing curricula and running live and asynchronous training for customer-facing teams.
  • Ability to learn technical products quickly, map features to customer workflows, and translate product behavior into teachable modules.
  • Strong instructional design and adult learning skills for converting complex concepts into role-based, bite-sized learning experiences.
  • Excellent facilitation, verbal communication, and written documentation skills.
  • Experience defining and tracking enablement KPIs and using data to improve programs.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, influence without direct authority, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort working hands-on with content creation, live sessions, LMS or knowledge base management, and operating without a team initially.
  • Domain knowledge in healthcare credentialing, provider network operations, or related back-office healthcare workflows is preferred.
  • Experience with customer-facing enablement, rollout programs, API-based products, Salesforce-based products, learning platforms, authoring tools, knowledge base tools, product analytics, or experimentation platforms is preferred.
  • Experience at a mid-stage SaaS or Series B company building systems from scratch is preferred.
  • Public speaking, webinar production, and multimedia content skills are preferred.
