Description

  • Own and close revenue across assigned neo-cloud data center accounts, driving complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to signature.
  • Lead customer conversations that balance technical depth, commercial value, and relationship-building to move deals toward clear decisions.
  • Serve as the primary commercial owner for accounts, maintain strong post-close relationships, and identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineering to translate customer challenges into compelling solution narratives and technically sound proposals.
  • Guide customers through complex project environments, clarifying tradeoffs, implementation paths, and success criteria.
  • Navigate procurement, legal, and executive approval processes while maintaining momentum and trust.
  • Spend time in the field and face-to-face with customers to strengthen relationships and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by bringing clear feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
  • Contribute to development of sales playbooks, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for high-density compute and energy-intensive environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in quota-carrying roles with a consistent record of closing complex technical or infrastructure deals.
  • Hands-on experience or background in electrical, computer, systems engineering, or similarly complex technical domains.
  • Comfortable selling into long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers and technical dependencies.
  • Account ownership mindset: stays engaged after close, nurtures relationships, and drives long-term account value.
  • Strong people and communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging across engineers, executives, and procurement.
  • Executive presence and confidence in high-stakes conversations.
  • Comfortable operating without perfect structure and helping shape messaging, processes, and GTM motion.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Salesforce AI, Notion AI) to improve efficiency, communication, and deal execution.
  • Experience selling into data centers, energy infrastructure, industrial automation, or AI-driven platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with high-density compute environments (AI training clusters, GPU racks, HPC, liquid cooling) and experience expanding accounts post-sale (preferred).
