Description

  • Own and deliver against an annual enterprise sales quota of $900K+.
  • Build, manage, and convert a strategic pipeline of Fortune 2000 opportunities within the assigned territory (Northeast U.S. and Eastern Canada).
  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from qualification through negotiation and contract execution, including long-cycle, complex deals.
  • Engage and influence C-level stakeholders (General Counsel, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officers, senior HR leaders) and develop trusted-advisor relationships around ethics, compliance, culture, and risk management.
  • Partner with Sales Development to drive proactive outbound prospecting and strategic account development.
  • Lead complex deal orchestration involving legal, procurement, and executive stakeholders to secure contract approvals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management in Salesforce with disciplined pipeline management practices.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, onboarding, and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes and smooth handoffs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience selling complex solutions.
  • 5–8+ years selling SaaS or subscription-based platforms.
  • Demonstrated success achieving $900K+ annual quotas within large enterprise environments (7,500+ employees).
  • Proven track record closing six-figure enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience engaging senior executives and operating as a trusted advisor with General Counsel, Compliance, Risk, HR, or similar leaders.
  • Experience managing long-cycle enterprise sales processes that involve legal, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience selling into Corporate Legal, Risk, Compliance, or HR leadership and/or background in compliance, ethics, governance, risk, or HR technology platforms.
  • Strong performance history as a top-tier enterprise seller with a highly motivated, competitive, accountable mindset and alignment with LRN’s values around ethics and integrity.
