Description

  • Identify, develop, and close net-new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
  • Prospect and build a robust pipeline through greenfield selling and new-logo acquisition.
  • Qualify leads and independently manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leverage an established network of key decision-makers to accelerate deal flow.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to secure agreements.
  • Meet or exceed sales quota and revenue targets to drive company growth.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to discover and pursue high-potential opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in greenfield selling with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Proven experience in technical sales selling complex software solutions and winning new logos.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, particularly AI-based technologies, and their application to industry-specific challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Established network of key customer decision-makers in relevant markets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to effectively discover, qualify, and close opportunities independently.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience leading deal negotiations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
