Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within assigned strategic accounts.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding customer business needs and delivering value through Veracode products and services.
  • Assist customers with rollout plans, security policies, and integrated SDLC processes.
  • Support onboarding of application security and development teams and lead consultation calls to increase adoption and utilization.
  • Create and manage account plans across the full customer journey.
  • Educate customers on Veracode solutions and their benefits.
  • Partner with Support and Services teams to manage issues, initiatives, and escalations.
  • Serve as a customer advocate by capturing feedback and sharing requests with Product Management and Engineering.
  • Provide monthly account reporting to management and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales on account strategy and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Technical Account Management, or Project Management.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and activities simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting strategic relationships with higher-profile clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Understanding of application security programs, technologies, constraints, and implementation issues.
  • Experience working with Sales, Support, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to document, track, and escalate critical issues in a timely manner.
