Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for assigned geographic territory, focused on large enterprise accounts.
  • Create and execute a strategic territory plan leveraging business development, marketing, regional partners, and system integrators.
  • Prospect, sell to, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors across target accounts.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and deliver a predictable sales cycle, engaging upper management to move deals through complex sales processes.
  • Drive a value-based sales motion by consulting with prospects from initial discovery through proof of concept to purchase order.
  • Map and navigate complex organizational relationships, identify and develop champions, and test influence paths to progress opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close strategic deals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience selling technical B2B SaaS solutions to large enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Working knowledge of Force Management and MEDPICC deal qualification methodologies.
  • Experience mapping and navigating complex relationships and developing/testing champions across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to engage and influence executive sponsors and upper management to advance deals.
  • Experience creating and executing strategic territory plans and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Team-oriented mindset and strong collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Willingness to travel.
