Description

  • Record monthly revenue in compliance with ASC 606.
  • Ensure customer invoices are processed accurately and on time in line with customer contracts.
  • Work with the Global Controller on revenue-related month-end close activities.
  • Maintain accurate revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and unbilled schedules.
  • Support revenue and cash collection forecasting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in revenue accounting.
  • Collaborate across teams in a remote-first, cross-time-zone environment.

Requirements

  • CPA with 5-8+ years of experience in finance teams.
  • Experience in SaaS, life sciences, or high-tier accounting firms.
  • Demonstrable experience managing revenue recognition and accounts receivable processes.
  • Experience with US GAAP reporting.
  • Track record of driving change and performance improvement in finance teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment across time zones.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP.
  • Exposure to CRM and contract management tools is beneficial.
