Description

  • Perform troubleshooting and analysis, including log file investigation.
  • Act as a technical focal point for fellow IT professionals.
  • Own customer issues from case opening through resolution.
  • Troubleshoot issues in Veeam products and third-party components such as Microsoft and VMware.
  • Determine whether issues are known defects, misconfigurations, or break-fix cases.
  • Educate customers on the process and how product interactions work.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM tool.
  • Meet documentation and case-handling requirements within SLA.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Advanced user or administrative-level experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 and Windows 10/11.
  • Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, including OS and firewall configuration.
  • Experience with networking configuration and troubleshooting, including NAT, ports, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain technical information.
  • Ability and desire to take ownership of client issues through resolution.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • UNIX and/or Linux knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with VMware ESX(i), Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange Server administration, or database engines such as SQL/Oracle is a plus.
  • Must be permanently located in Poland, as applications from outside Poland may be declined.
