Description

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and market penetration goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive enterprise sales cycles end to end, including direct engagement with C-level executives at major accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key technology partners, system integrators, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategy, product direction, and customer needs.
  • Provide market feedback to support cross-functional planning and decision-making.
  • Align sales objectives with senior leadership and company growth plans.
  • Help establish Securiti AI as a leading provider of data and AI security, privacy, and compliance solutions.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including at least 5 years in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Extensive experience selling complex technical solutions in security, privacy, compliance, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and enterprise security requirements.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Technology.
  • Track record of building and maintaining partnerships with major consulting firms and system integrators.
  • Experience with modern sales methodologies and tools such as Salesforce and MEDDIC.
  • Ability to translate company objectives into actionable regional sales plans.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively at the C-suite level.
