Description

  • Lead and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives and reinforce company culture and values within the team.
  • Hire additional Account Executives as business needs require.
  • Provide leadership to district-aligned teams including SEs, Channel Managers, and Inside Sales representatives.
  • Manage team performance against KPIs such as pipeline growth, partner alignment, forecast accuracy, and POC management.
  • Maintain a 4X pipeline to goal and conduct weekly reviews of activity and pipeline health.
  • Recruit, develop, and maintain relationships with channel partner principals, Account Executives, and leadership teams.
  • Drive sales call activity, lead by example, and ensure team members meet or exceed quota.
  • Deliver annual bookings, new logo production, and AE participation goals.
  • Support key sales presentations and coordinate resources to execute complex sales strategies within accounts.
  • Perform performance management and provide strategic direction to the sales team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of successful field sales management experience in storage or core IT infrastructure in a highly competitive environment.
  • Experience selling to IT departments and IT management is required.
  • Proven track record of recruitment and associate development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate Everpure's value.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive, passionate approach.
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and process-oriented work style.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, exercise good judgment, identify root causes, and solve problems effectively.
  • Ability to coordinate internal resources to execute a complex sales strategy.
  • Ability to use CRM and other online tools effectively.
  • Living in the Greater Philadelphia Area is preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $157,000 to $251,000 USD.
