Description

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and market penetration goals.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on continuous improvement.
  • Drive enterprise sales cycles end to end with C-level executives at major accounts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key technology partners, system integrators, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategy and customer needs.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap and cross-functional planning decisions.
  • Align sales objectives with senior leadership and broader company growth plans.
  • Help establish Securiti AI as a leading provider of data and AI security, privacy, and compliance solutions.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including at least 5 years in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Extensive experience selling complex technical solutions in security, privacy, compliance, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, plus enterprise security requirements.
  • Previous success selling to Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology.
  • Track record of building and maintaining partnerships with major consulting firms and system integrators.
  • Experience with modern sales methodologies and tools such as Salesforce and MEDDIC.
  • Ability to translate company objectives into actionable regional sales plans.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level presence, including C-suite engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Experience leading teams through periods of growth and transformation.
  • Experience scaling sales teams and growing annual recurring revenue from $10M to $30M+.
  • Must be permanently located in France, as applications from outside France may be declined.
