Description

  • Lead day-to-day relationship management for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders from end users through executive sponsors.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, success planning, success reviews, value workshops, and regular check-ins.
  • Monitor account health and product adoption, and intervene with strategies to improve workflows and usage.
  • Advise customers on advancing their social media strategies and increasing social maturity.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop account strategies and identify qualified expansion leads.
  • Advocate for product features and improvements by representing the voice of the customer to internal product teams.
  • Work with Customer Success teammates to meet quarterly regional targets and individual metrics.
  • Participate in internal training, knowledge sharing, and collaboration sessions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Significant customer-facing or account management experience, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Proven success managing a customer portfolio with a record of successful adoption.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, social marketing, and business use cases for social media.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and explain software features clearly and succinctly.
  • Demonstrated customer focus and a proactive approach to serving internal and external customers.
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on the most important issues and opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an organized, logical approach to complex issues.
  • Ability to influence others, gain support, and mobilize action.
  • Creativity and innovation in finding better ways of doing things.
