Description

  • Develop and close business across assigned private-sector accounts.
  • Work with partners to identify, accelerate, and close sales opportunities.
  • Make cold calls to generate activity within new mid-market and high-segment accounts.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to the existing private customer base.
  • Maintain forecasts and account/opportunity details in Salesforce.
  • Propose, coordinate, and participate in marketing activities within the territory.

Requirements

  • Enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience selling through both channel and direct sales models.
  • Track record of success selling in the private market to IT infrastructure specialists.
  • Proven ability to develop new sales opportunities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
  • High-energy salesperson with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where responsibilities change quickly.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Current full driving license.
  • Business-proficient German and English language skills.
  • Experience with vendors associated with virtualization technology is a plus.
