Description

  • Advise customers on research methodologies, sampling strategies, and study designs.
  • Manage research engagements end to end, including scoping, setup, data collection, quality assurance, analysis, and reporting.
  • Lead customer conversations, provide expert guidance, manage expectations, and resolve research challenges.
  • Design and build studies using Qualtrics and Prolific.
  • Conduct quantitative analyses and translate findings into actionable customer recommendations.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Supply teams to support opportunities and improve research processes.
  • Manage multiple client-facing projects while balancing priorities, timelines, and customer expectations.
  • Help shape and scale Prolific’s Managed Services offering.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and delivering complex research projects in a consultancy, managed services, market research, or industry research setting.
  • Experience advising customers on research methodology, study design, and sampling strategies.
  • Strong quantitative research, statistical analysis, and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple client-facing research projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Qualtrics and analytical tools such as R, Python, SPSS, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Academic research background, including a PhD or equivalent research experience (preferred).
  • Experience conducting research in both academic and commercial environments (preferred).
  • Experience with qualitative research or developing scalable research processes and best practices (preferred).
