Description

  • Own renewal and expansion quota attainment for an assigned territory or segment.
  • Manage the renewal pipeline by contacting customers before support expiration to assess experience and environment health.
  • Reach out to customers with lapsed support to reactivate subscriptions.
  • Prepare quotes directly for customers and channel partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Legal, Sales, and other teams to create special terms and renewal documents.
  • Communicate and sell complex offers internally and externally.
  • Prepare forecasts, business analysis, and performance insights.
  • Support customers with licensing transfers and support ticket assistance to drive successful outcomes.
  • Support channel partners to close renewals and additional license sales.
  • Record customer and partner activity accurately in Salesforce and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Manage inbound renewal inquiries through renewal portals and prioritize work to meet KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • Advanced-level English and German language proficiency required.
  • Relevant experience in sales, account management, customer success account management, or renewals.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and KPIs.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise accounts with technically complex configurations and high transaction volumes.
  • Ability to lead complex customer requests and escalations in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines and quotas.
  • Ability to work in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
  • High-energy, self-motivated approach with capacity for heavy email and outbound phone communication.
  • Experience compiling, querying, analyzing, and reporting data.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com is an advantage.
