Description

  • Demonstrate deep expertise in MCG content and software solutions, including application and implementation, to optimize customer outcomes.
  • Support complex at-risk, multi-facility, and multi-solution customers by assessing workflows and recommending improvements.
  • Lead discussions with customer executives and other senior stakeholders to drive strategy and decision-making.
  • Assess customer needs to identify workflow gaps, risks, and barriers to successful adoption.
  • Provide strategic guidance aligned to customer goals to maximize value from MCG solutions.
  • Monitor strategy effectiveness through dashboards and reporting.
  • Apply AI-driven tools and capabilities to improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience.
  • Lead change management efforts to support optimal adoption of MCG solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers before and after implementations to provide support and strategic decisions.
  • Partner with Account Management and other MCG departments to share clinical insights, address risks, and remove barriers to success.
  • Provide customer feedback to Product Management on solution enhancements and adoption issues.
  • Mentor Care Strategy Consultants and assist with new hire onboarding.
  • Represent the Care Strategies team in internal initiatives, strategic projects, industry events, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with MCG required.
  • Experience in project management and implementation processes required.
  • Experience reviewing and applying clinical insights to data required.
  • Associate’s degree in nursing required.
  • Active RN license required.
  • Ability to travel 50-80% of the time required.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently remotely required.
  • MCG certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Extensive utilization review, utilization management, or case management experience preferred.
  • National certification preferred, such as CCM or ACM.
  • Experience with change management principles preferred.

  • Base salary range of $100,000 to $141,000.
