Description

  • Meet or exceed defined territory and product growth goals.
  • Identify and develop new health system opportunities within the assigned geographic region.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline and secure contracts with healthcare practices and providers.
  • Engage physicians and administrators through face-to-face, group, and telephone meetings.
  • Collaborate with health plan clients to analyze, design, and develop provider networks.
  • Recommend provider engagement tactics to improve performance in company programs.
  • Build, support, and maintain service relationships with physicians and administrators in provider networks.
  • Analyze participation and performance data to identify growth opportunities across existing and new practices.
  • Work with health systems to develop strategies that improve program performance across the portfolio.
  • Assist with marketing materials, messaging, and sales campaigns as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a health system or primary care practice.
  • 5+ years of provider engagement and/or sales experience.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with health system leaders.
  • Experience in sales or network development involving payers, administrators, and primary care physicians.
  • Sales/account management experience in technology platforms and/or managed care services for enterprise healthcare delivery organizations.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM preferred.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects to completion.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external executive leadership.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, make decisions in ambiguous situations, and follow established guidelines and procedures.
