Description

  • Lead, develop, and scale a team of Growth Marketing Managers across North America.
  • Own the end-to-end strategy for integrated, multi-channel ABM and demand generation programs.
  • Translate business objectives into a demand generation roadmap that balances immediate pipeline needs with longer-term brand-building efforts.
  • Build a deep understanding of target prospects and apply data-driven tactics to move them through the full funnel.
  • Partner closely with North America sales leadership on goals, lead handoffs, nurture strategy, and pipeline accountability.
  • Define and evolve KPIs, attribution models, and executive-level dashboards tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with MOps, content, product marketing, digital, design, and field marketing to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and headcount decisions for the growth marketing function.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • 5+ years of people management experience with a track record of building and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo strongly preferred, plus Salesforce, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms.
  • Deep familiarity with ABM tools and methodologies.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn campaign data into strategic recommendations and executive-ready reporting.
  • Experience partnering with SDR and sales leadership on lead handoff processes, SLAs, and pipeline accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills for both frontline teams and executive leadership.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically as a systems thinker and hands-on leader.
