Description

  • Own and improve app attribution and tracking architecture across multiple apps.
  • Debug issues across the full funnel from click to install, event, and revenue.
  • Ensure clean and consistent data across MMPs, ad networks, data warehouses, and analytics tools.
  • Design and validate postbacks, event mappings, attribution logic, and attribution windows.
  • Build and maintain Web2App flows, including parameter capture and stitching into app attribution.
  • Configure and maintain deep linking and OneLink setups, including parameter passing, click_id logic, and deferred deep linking.
  • Collaborate with UA, Product, and Engineering to validate SDK implementations and event behavior.
  • Work with subscription and monetization data flows, including RevenueCat or Adapty integrations and webhooks/S2S pipelines.
  • Support UA managers by ensuring campaign signals and optimization data are reliable.
  • Identify broken tracking or attribution issues, propose fixes, and help communicate implementation requirements to technical teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid UA for mobile apps.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile ad networks and app campaign platforms, including Google App Campaigns/UAC, Apple Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic networks, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Moloco, Liftoff, and Mintegral.
  • Strong experience with mobile measurement partners, ideally AppsFlyer.
  • Solid understanding of SKAN, probabilistic attribution, CTA vs VTA, and incrementality trade-offs.
  • Knowledge of the difference between IDFA and IDFV.
  • Comfortable debugging missing installs, missing events, broken postbacks, and data inconsistencies.
  • Able to validate data in BigQuery or similar tools and trace attribution issues across systems.
  • Strong SQL skills in BigQuery, Databricks, or similar; this is a must-have.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Firestore, and Cloud Storage.
  • Understanding of app, web-to-app, app-to-web, and web-to-web payment and attribution flows, including RevenueCat, Adapty, Stripe, and Superwall or similar tools.
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and understanding of event tracking and data quality.
  • Fluent English with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Preferred experience with Databricks, payment systems like Stripe, codebases, Xcode or Android Studio, side projects or apps you have built, Cursor or Claude Code, ASO, organic uplift, and CTV exposure.
