Description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues by collecting problem details, traces, log files, and reproducing incidents.
  • Communicate investigation progress to clients and keep CRM records up to date.
  • Use support tools and internal processes to manage and resolve cases.
  • Share best practices for using and deploying Varicent products.
  • Support KPI targets such as SLA, QA, and resolution goals.
  • Work with product, development, and cross-functional teams to report bugs and share user insights.
  • Lead customer conversations and coordinate activities across departments and divisions.
  • Provide technical guidance that helps customers maximize product business value.
  • Work scheduled weekend on-call coverage as part of a rotation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Proven experience working with SaaS platforms is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts, basic administration, and SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture.
  • Troubleshooting experience with web-based applications.
  • Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly in both verbal and written form to people with limited experience.
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Availability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, with flexibility to adjust hours if located outside the time zone.
