Description

  • Execute Level I installer duties and follow documentation to complete installations and service work to company standards.
  • Manage project and service tickets with strong organization and timely updates.
  • Own assigned tasks by understanding project scope and service expectations and delivering accurate results.
  • Lead installation teams by delegating work appropriately and supporting team productivity.
  • Mentor Level 1 installers and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain communication with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Configure, program, and commission devices and management platforms, including nurse call, card access, and video surveillance systems.
  • Perform Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) on products before installation.
  • Deliver basic operational training to customers after system commissioning.
  • Accept additional duties as assigned to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous construction trade.
  • Advanced knowledge of electricity, including high- and/or low-voltage systems.
  • Hands-on field experience from previous work experience.
  • Basic telecommunications knowledge, including TCP/IP, networking, computers, and VoIP.
  • Ability to identify and use common low-voltage cabling.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations, and IP addressing.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Team management or supervisor experience.
  • Experience completing projects within scope.
  • Experience with service ticketing processes.
  • Preferred knowledge of fire, CCTV, intrusion, and emergency nurse call systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license.
