Description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical incidents by gathering problem details, traces, log files, and reproductions.
  • Communicate investigation progress to clients and keep case records updated in the CRM system.
  • Use support tools and internal processes to manage and resolve support cases.
  • Share best practices for the utilization and deployment of Varicent products.
  • Support KPI targets such as SLA, QA, and resolution goals.
  • Work with product and development teams to report bugs and contribute feedback for product improvements.
  • Lead conversations and coordinate activities across departments and divisions to resolve client issues.
  • Provide a positive customer experience and help customers maximize the business value of the product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address complex technical issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Proven experience working with SaaS platforms is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts, including basic administration and SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture.
  • Experience troubleshooting web-based applications.
  • Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly in verbal and written form to people with limited experience.
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Availability for scheduled weekend coverage and on-call rotation.
  • Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, with flexibility to adjust hours if located outside the time zone.
