Description

  • Support partners using Insider One’s products and services as part of the Partner Success Team.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and find resolutions for partner requests.
  • Review partner queries and develop creative solutions to streamline their requirements.
  • Help partners overcome technical challenges while they expand on the Insider platform.
  • Advocate for partners by sharing feedback and suggestions with the Product team.
  • Contribute to improving processes and product offerings based on partner input.
  • Meet service-level expectations, including response time and issue-resolution lead times.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, including executive-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting a technical product, ideally in SaaS, or in MIS or Software Development teams.
  • Strong written communication skills in English and German.
  • Strong oral communication, listening, and phone skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, accountability, and systematic follow-up.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging/troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Solid understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other programming languages is a plus.
