Description

  • Own, implement, optimize, and integrate the revenue tech stack to improve GTM efficiency and outcomes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Manage revenue tools such as Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo/Ringlead, and related platforms.
  • Interface with vendors, manage renewals, and troubleshoot tool-related issues.
  • Evaluate the GTM tech stack and recommend consolidations, additions, and improvements.
  • Educate the GTM team on workflows, processes, and new tool features.
  • Partner with Salesforce administrators to improve CRM data, workflows, and reporting.
  • Support Salesforce hygiene, account changes, and CRM troubleshooting.
  • Manage account scoring, enrichment, deduplication, and rep assignment logic.
  • Build and maintain automated lead routing and lead management processes in Ringlead.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops to improve lead quality, segmentation, and task ownership.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 3+ years of hands-on CRM administration, preferably Salesforce.
  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining cross-system integrations and data quality processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce objects, flows, validation, permissioning, roles, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CPQ and forecasting is a plus.
  • Experience administering revenue technology tools such as conversational intelligence, forecasting, sales engagement, enrichment/ABM, routing/orchestration, and document automation.
  • Experience with API-based integrations, field mapping, error handling, and monitoring.
  • Experience with deduplication, normalization, enrichment strategies, data dictionaries, and governance.
  • Experience with backlog management, UAT, release notes, training, and adoption tracking.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and status updates.
  • Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time business hours and adjust schedule as needed.
  • This is a fully remote position.

  • Estimated annual base salary range of 12,525,000 to 16,407,000 Costa Rican Colones.
