Description

  • Monitor R&D cloud spend, track project cost impact, and produce weekly cloud spend health reports.
  • Coordinate procurement activities with procurement managers, legal, security, and R&D teams, including approvals and vendor evaluation support.
  • Track vendor products, renewals, usage, billing items, and budget-related items to ensure alignment with agreements.
  • Coordinate development cycle planning by organizing team structures, project assignments, and squad buildouts.
  • Maintain and update source files used for weekly reporting and presentation materials.
  • Facilitate recurring internal meetings, distribute notes, and update collaboration tools such as slides and Monday.com.
  • Track hours spent on innovation work to create auditable records for financial reporting.
  • Intake and manage escalations from Support, Sales, Services, and other internal teams in JIRA.
  • Coordinate translation projects between R&D and vendors.
  • Support accessibility compliance efforts, security training completion, and product security escalations.
  • Plan and execute team events, including scheduling, catering, invitations, budgets, and payments.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business analyst roles, preferably in a software or technology organization.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, finance, legal, and vendor teams.
  • Experience working in or alongside Agile/Scrum development teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience preparing management-level presentations and metric reports.
  • Experience with vendor management, procurement processes, and contract coordination.
  • Proficiency with JIRA for ticket tracking and project coordination.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, IBM, or Azure at a conceptual level for cost monitoring.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charting, advanced formulas, and data analytics techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for building clear, visually compelling presentations.
  • Experience with project and work management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent tools.
  • Working understanding of basic database querying concepts, including simple SQL SELECT queries for reporting.
  • Foundational understanding of software development concepts, including SDLC, version control, release cycles, and team interactions within a product organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
