Description

  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Partner with engineering and product leads to drive data-informed strategy and decision-making.
  • Define program goals, success metrics, and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
  • Influence roadmap prioritization and long-term product direction as a thought leader.
  • Design and lead experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing, incrementality testing, and measurement strategies.
  • Conduct or guide quantitative analysis of performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Define data tracking strategies and instrumentation for new features and product initiatives.
  • Build and maintain centralized reporting frameworks and metric dashboards.
  • Manage program timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones across multiple workstreams.
  • Review and challenge technical design and implementation plans, especially within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or leading engineering programs.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and large-scale system delivery.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream technical programs in a client-facing or consulting environment.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing, incrementality testing, or similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with the ability to review and influence technical solutions.
  • GCP certifications such as Google Cloud Digital Leader or Google Cloud Architect.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
  • Advanced conversational English.
  • US citizenship required due to Public Sector requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, SQL, or R.
  • Experience in the digital advertising ecosystem or data-rich platforms.
  • Background in statistical modeling or advanced quantitative analysis.
  • Experience building measurement and analytics frameworks at scale.
  • Agile or program management certifications such as PMP or SAFe.
