Description

  • Design and build agentic AI systems that support conversational workflows for seller enablement.
  • Develop a chat-based seller assistant that answers seller questions using enterprise data.
  • Create features that surface insights on ordering, pricing, and customer behavior.
  • Generate pre-visit one-pagers to guide sales conversations.
  • Integrate large language models such as Claude and ChatGPT with internal data sources and APIs.
  • Apply prompt engineering, context engineering, and agent orchestration techniques to improve reliability and usefulness.
  • Build and evolve the platform using LangChain and LangGraph, initially in Python.
  • Design persistence and data access layers using Mongo or other data stores.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering partners to shape technical direction and use cases.
  • Define standards and best practices as the AI capability scales.

Requirements

  • Experience as a full-stack or backend engineer building production systems.
  • Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals, including APIs, data modeling, and system design.
  • Familiarity with databases, data stores, and data modeling concepts.
  • Hands-on experience working with LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar providers, including prompt design and evaluation.
  • Experience integrating applications with enterprise data sources such as APIs, databases, and analytics platforms.
  • Comfort working in early-stage, ambiguous problem spaces where patterns are still emerging.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work in a Mac-based development environment.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Copilot in a daily workflow.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Experience building or experimenting with agentic AI systems or multi-step LLM workflows (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks (nice to have).
  • Python experience; Node.js or TypeScript also valued (nice to have).
  • Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL data stores (nice to have).
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or Snowflake (nice to have).
  • Exposure to Google AI or Google Cloud services (nice to have).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting is a plus.
