Description

  • Lead and resolve high-priority incidents through deep technical analysis and timely service restoration.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of incidents and problem tickets, including categorization, prioritization, RCA documentation, and closure in line with ITIL practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including L2, Development, DevOps, QA, PO PPOs, and other AMS teams to speed resolution and prevent recurring issues.
  • Perform proactive problem management by identifying trends, defining permanent fixes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for critical store or production outages and provide troubleshooting guidance.
  • Maintain technical documentation such as knowledge articles, SOPs, workaround procedures, and known-error records.
  • Track operational performance using KPIs and SLAs to improve service delivery and system stability.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing and support quality standards.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in a similar technical support or lead role.
  • Strong hands-on technical support experience with Oracle Retail Xstore POS, specifically Xstore v23+ and its Java-based framework.
  • Understanding of Xcenter and Xstore Office, including back-office integration and store configuration.
  • Experience with Java, Spring, SQL, XML, and JSON.
  • Experience integrating web services such as REST/SOAP and Oracle Retail Suite modules.
  • Ability to troubleshoot through log analysis, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with deployment tools such as Jenkins and Git.
  • Proficiency with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
  • Experience working in Windows and Xstore-related environments such as Xenvironment and Xservices.
  • Knowledge of retail domain store operations and POS transaction lifecycle.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting is a plus.
