Description

  • Provide second-line IT support, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive incidents through resolution.
  • Manage the lifecycle, provisioning, configuration, patching, and software deployment of Windows and macOS endpoints.
  • Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, user accounts, permissions, authentication, and access controls.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 users, groups, licenses, permissions, and collaboration services.
  • Support Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and network connectivity.
  • Use PowerShell and other scripting tools to automate tasks, resolve recurring issues, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Apply security and least-privilege principles while following incident and change-management processes.
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or a similar infrastructure role.
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices.
  • Experience with Active Directory and/or Entra ID, access administration, authentication, permissions, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience handling escalated incidents involving operating systems, applications, hardware, access, and networks.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN troubleshooting.
  • Experience using PowerShell or another scripting language for automation.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms, ticketing systems, and incident, request, and change-management processes.
  • Security-conscious approach with knowledge of access control and least privilege.
  • Ability to prioritize work, operate independently, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly in English.
  • Experience with Windows/Linux servers, VMware or Hyper-V, Azure/AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps collaboration, or responsible use of AI tools is advantageous.
