Description

Administer, configure, maintain, and support enterprise IT infrastructure.
Manage virtual and physical servers, workstations, and infrastructure appliances.
Monitor system health, performance, capacity, security, and availability.
Perform operating system updates, patch management, backups, recovery testing, and data integrity verification.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
Support system lifecycle management, upgrades, modernization, and infrastructure improvements.
Develop and maintain infrastructure dashboards and operational reports.
Document system configurations, procedures, and operational processes.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to resolve technical issues.
Participate in service improvement initiatives and provide occasional after-hours support during maintenance windows or critical incidents.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
At least 5 years of Systems Administration experience in enterprise IT environments.
Experience administering Windows-based server environments.
Experience supporting virtual and physical infrastructure.
Experience with system monitoring, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team.
Federal IT experience, VMware or Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, enterprise backup solutions, infrastructure certifications, or ITIL familiarity preferred.

Salary of $125,000–$135,000.
