Description

  • Integrate with client engineering teams and lead technical discovery workshops with business, engineering, and security stakeholders.
  • Architect, develop, and deliver production-ready agentic AI solutions on Google Cloud.
  • Design and implement RAG pipelines and contextual grounding architectures to improve response quality and reduce hallucinations.
  • Build the connective layer between Google AI products and client infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, identity management, and security boundaries.
  • Implement multi-agent patterns using frameworks such as Google Agent Development Kit or LangGraph.
  • Create high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems.
  • Debug agent logic and optimize tool selection in high-traffic production environments.
  • Co-develop with client engineering teams and promote AI-assisted development practices.
  • Lead structured handoff to the client team, including long-term ownership, documentation, and end-user adoption.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation, architecture decision records, and evaluation results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • More than 5 years of software development experience with Python, TypeScript, or similar languages, including delivering production-ready code.
  • Hands-on experience architecting and deploying AI systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience with Vertex AI, including model deployment, fine-tuning workflows, evaluation, and platform-level observability.
  • Experience with Gemini, including prompt engineering, structured outputs, function/tool calling, and multimodal use cases.
  • Experience with BigQuery and Cloud Storage as data and grounding sources for AI workloads.
  • Experience with Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Pub/Sub for deploying and orchestrating agentic services.
  • Experience with Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform for designing, configuring, and deploying enterprise-grade agents.
  • Experience building production agentic and AI-powered solutions, including LLM applications, RAG architectures, and data pipelines.
  • Experience deploying cloud resources with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Experience leading technical discovery workshops and translating ambiguous business goals into technical roadmaps.
  • Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise IT infrastructure, including authenticated APIs, legacy systems, and corporate security perimeters.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to client sites.
  • Proficiency in applied AI productivity tools.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining complex AI and architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred: Master’s or PhD in AI, computer science, machine learning, or a related technical field.
  • Preferred: Experience with multi-agent systems using Google ADK, LangGraph, or CrewAI, including ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
  • Preferred: Experience designing and deploying MCP servers, tool-calling protocols, and connector ecosystems.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of LLM-native operational metrics such as tokens per second, cost per request, and time to first token.
  • Preferred: Experience troubleshooting high-traffic production AI systems during critical periods.
  • Preferred: Experience designing AI solutions in complex infrastructures with data sovereignty, secure governance, and air-gapped or regulated environments.
  • Preferred: Experience designing user-facing interfaces for AI and agentic systems with emphasis on context engineering, transparency, and explainability.
  • Preferred: Experience leading organization-wide initiatives that improve engineering productivity and business outcomes.
  • Preferred: Experience championing AI-assisted software development and establishing internal best practices.
  • Preferred: Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification.
  • Preferred: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification.
  • Preferred: Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of full-stack development and REST/GraphQL API design.
