Description

  • Own the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and reporting cycle for North American business units.
  • Design, build, and maintain financial models for revenue, headcount, margin, cash flow, and scenario planning.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools and advanced analytics to automate refreshes and improve the speed and accuracy of analysis.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis and explain business drivers to senior stakeholders.
  • Support month-end close in partnership with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare financial presentations, management reports, and board materials for executive leadership.
  • Partner with business leaders on pipeline analysis, pricing decisions, deal reviews, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Support M&A integration analysis, including due diligence inputs and post-merger performance tracking.
  • Contribute to improvements in FP&A tools, processes, reporting infrastructure, and data governance.
  • Represent the North America region in group-level transformation and process standardization initiatives.

Requirements

  • CPA designation is active and required.
  • 7-10 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in professional services, consulting, or technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead full-cycle annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning with minimal oversight.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including advanced Excel, driver-based modeling, and scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Ability to engage with C-suite and executive leaders and translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations.
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions and seniority levels without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is an asset.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, with Oracle NetSuite preferred, and BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience in a matrixed, multinational organization; exposure to M&A integration or post-merger reporting is an asset.
  • Experience with finance transformation and automation, including AI-assisted workflows, process redesign, and ERP/BI implementation or optimization.
