Description

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders across transformation initiatives and build trusted advisor relationships at C-level and programme director level.
  • Lead and support delivery teams to ensure successful execution, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction across complex, multi-workstream programmes.
  • Coordinate transformation projects such as cloud migrations, platform consolidation, and enterprise toolchain modernisation, focusing on measurable business value.
  • Guide clients through migration readiness assessments, architecture considerations, and transition planning for digital platforms.
  • Bridge technical delivery teams and business stakeholders by translating complex technology decisions into clear strategic narratives.
  • Lead consultative selling efforts through structured discovery, opportunity shaping, and proposal development tied to business outcomes.
  • Own and drive account growth strategies by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to progress opportunities using MEDDPICC-aligned qualification from identification through close.
  • Develop Statements of Work, business cases, and go-to-market assets, and support pricing, scoping, and risk assessment.
  • Mentor consultants and share market intelligence, client insights, and delivery learnings to improve capability and team performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or transformation delivery roles.
  • Significant exposure to business and IT transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience leading or playing a senior role in enterprise cloud migration or technology modernisation initiatives.
  • Demonstrable track record in consultative selling, including discovery, client business cases, and converting advisory engagements into revenue.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, including cloud platforms such as Atlassian Cloud and AWS, DevOps toolchains, and ITSM/PPPM disciplines.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at Director, VP, and C-level.
  • Experience managing and growing client accounts with contribution to revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, including leading workshops, steering committees, and executive briefings.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving in dynamic environments.
  • Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem or comparable enterprise platforms is desirable.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales qualification methodologies is desirable.
  • Experience with Agile at Scale frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or bespoke approaches is desirable.
  • Exposure to managed services or Total Care-style client engagements is desirable.
  • Relevant certifications such as Atlassian, ITIL, PMP, SAFe, or cloud platform certifications are desirable.
  • Ability to shape AI strategy based on customer outcomes and use cases is desirable.
