Description

  • Define, prioritize, and execute the global solutions roadmap across core enterprise domains.
  • Package regional projects and existing intellectual property into repeatable, fixed-scope Solution Blueprints.
  • Lead and scale a global team of Global Practice Leaders, and shape the future regional practice lead structure.
  • Drive alignment and execution of regional solution roadmaps across Sales, Delivery, and Marketing.
  • Launch new offerings on time and on budget across multiple regions and client environments.
  • Act as a cross-functional bridge between global and regional stakeholders, including escalation when commitments are not met.
  • Ensure every offering meets enterprise customer expectations and is suitable for repeatable delivery.
  • Build the operational infrastructure needed to make the solutions function scalable and globally consistent.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in professional services, technology services, or enterprise software, with significant time in solutions, practice, or product leadership.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and bringing repeatable service offerings to market.
  • Experience driving commercial adoption of new offerings across a distributed, multi-region sales and delivery organization.
  • P&L fluency with experience owning or co-owning a book of business and understanding margin, utilization, and revenue metrics.
  • Background in at least one core domain such as SDLC modernization, IT Service Management, or enterprise AI adoption.
  • Experience with enterprise change management across sales, delivery, and enablement functions.
  • Strong ability to lead through influence in complex, cross-regional organizations.
  • PE-backed or high-growth company experience is strongly preferred.
