Description

  • Lead discovery phases and identify high-value opportunities for clients.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on ESM/ITSM strategy, architecture, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Design tailored solutions that align with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Lead and oversee delivery of complex or cross-practice projects.
  • Act as technical lead when required to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Produce and review key deliverables and provide clear progress and outcome reporting.
  • Manage, mentor, and support consultants to build a high-performance culture.
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing skill development of consultants.
  • Support presales activities including solution design, scoping, and demonstrations.
  • Build strong client relationships, manage escalations, and support long-term value realization.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting and leading complex projects.
  • Deep expertise in Atlassian tools and Cloud environments.
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead strategic discussions.
  • 3+ years of experience in team leadership, mentoring, or people management.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and drive alignment.
  • Experience supporting certifications, training, and continuous development (preferred).
