Description

  • Lead discovery phases and identify high-value opportunities for clients.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on Cloud strategy, architecture, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Design tailored solutions that align with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Lead and oversee the delivery of complex or cross-practice projects.
  • Act as technical lead when required to ensure quality and consistency of delivery.
  • Produce, review, and report on key deliverables, progress, and outcomes.
  • Manage and support consultants by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
  • Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and team readiness.
  • Support complex presales activities, including solution design, scoping, and demonstrations.
  • Build strong client relationships, support long-term engagement strategies, and act as an escalation point for critical issues.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting and leading complex projects.
  • Deep expertise in Atlassian tools and Cloud environments.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive strategic discussions.
  • 3+ years of experience in team leadership, mentoring, or people management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and drive alignment.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Based anywhere in France with willingness to travel for work.
