Description

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close across Europe, with a focus on industrial accounts in the DACH region.
  • Build consensus across multiple stakeholders, including CPOs, R&D leaders, supply chain heads, and IT or digital transformation directors.
  • Diagnose supply chain inefficiencies and position Valdera as a strategic solution for resilience, cost savings, and faster time to market.
  • Serve as the on-the-ground representative for European expansion and share regional market, regulatory, and customer feedback with Product and Leadership teams.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting rigorously to maintain a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
  • Continuously improve Valdera’s sales playbook and process, including lead generation, discovery, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
  • Navigate complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with large enterprise buyers and drive deals to executive approval.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of total professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of enterprise closing experience, including Global 2000 accounts and multi-threaded deals with executive-level sign-off.
  • Native or professional fluency in English.
  • Business fluency in German is highly preferred, especially for managing stakeholders in the DACH region.
  • Experience selling into chemicals, manufacturing, or supply chain/procurement organizations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with BOMs, RFQs, and raw material sourcing is highly desirable.
  • Background in management consulting, such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, focused on operations or supply chain, combined with proven sales experience is acceptable.
  • Experience navigating large enterprise organizations and driving complex deals to completion.
  • Remote location within Europe is required, with DACH residency preferred.
