Description

  • Own revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new enterprise business opportunities across the U.S. independently.
  • Develop and execute creative sales strategies to attract and engage prospects.
  • Build and maintain a network of key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Research large-scale clients in the chemical and raw material procurement space to understand their needs.
  • Own the full sales cycle for multiple high-value deals from lead generation through close.
  • Improve Valdera’s sales playbook and process across lead generation, discovery, follow-up, negotiations, and closing.
  • Create customized messaging tailored to each customer’s business needs and company culture.
  • Deliver product demos and presentations of Valdera’s AI-powered sourcing platform.
  • Navigate complex negotiations with enterprise legal, cyber, and compliance teams.
  • Track and follow up on leads through every stage of the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client satisfaction and platform adoption.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and the software landscape in chemical and raw material sectors.
  • Adapt working hours to global time zones to support customer needs and high-priority deals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in enterprise sales.
  • Experience managing and closing several high-value enterprise deals in parallel.
  • Experience building a network of business executives and prospective customers from the ground up.
  • Strong ability to craft personalized messages that drive prospect engagement across diverse industries.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to C-level executives.
  • History of quickly learning new skills and tools, including GSuite, PowerPoint, Excel, Figma, and Adobe.
  • Experience successfully navigating ambiguous problems.
  • Willingness to put in the time and effort required to exceed ambitious startup goals.
  • Ability to work across global time zones as needed.
