Description

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project objectives and delivery roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, track progress against KPIs, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and challenges, and drive mitigation plans.
  • Lead client engagements to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
  • Monitor team performance, remove blockers, and foster a high-performing environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Agile processes and software delivery practices.
  • Ensure QA standards are met and support successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in project management and software delivery.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Solid experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
