Description

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for Digital/IT intake requests and route submissions appropriately.
  • Coordinate intake activities to move work efficiently from request through delivery.
  • Ensure intake artifacts are complete, accurate, and actionable.
  • Support intake decisions within established governance and prioritization frameworks.
  • Facilitate early discovery activities with Business Analysts and User Experience teams to reduce rework.
  • Maintain visibility of work across intake and delivery stages for multiple teams.
  • Communicate priorities, timelines, and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Act as a central coordination point between business partners and delivery teams, including BA, QA, UXD, and development.
  • Track operational and portfolio metrics such as intake volume, throughput, and backlog health.
  • Develop reporting views that improve transparency and support decision-making.
  • Identify trends, risks, constraints, and workflow gaps, escalating and helping resolve issues as needed.
  • Recommend and support process improvements across intake and delivery workflows.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve intake clarity, documentation quality, workflow analysis, and reporting.
  • Support adoption of emerging tools and responsible AI practices across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT coordination, delivery operations, intake/workflow management, or a related role.
  • Strong ability to build relationships across business and IT stakeholders.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Experience facilitating discussions to clarify scope, priorities, and ownership.
  • High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and identify bottlenecks.
  • Comfort with intake and workflow decisions within defined frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and IT delivery practices.
  • Experience supporting intake processes, coordinating workflows, and identifying gaps in delivery processes.

Benefits

  • Pay range of $66,500.00 to $92,000.00, commensurate with experience and location.
