Description

  • Continuously source and pre-qualify candidates across multiple disciplines.
  • Deliver 3 to 5 top candidate slates within a few days of requisition.
  • Build rapport with candidates through clear, empathetic communication and persuasive outreach.
  • Conduct high-volume screening interviews and evaluate candidates beyond their resumes.
  • Design and refine workflows for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
  • Track and report on recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, candidate satisfaction, and offer-acceptance rates.
  • Identify, deploy, and iterate on AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Map LATAM talent markets and develop long-term sourcing channels through universities, communities, and niche platforms.
  • Act as the HR lead today and help hire and mentor a recruitment team as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency, B2B, or high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining proactive pipelines across 3 or more disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience with rapid-response hiring and delivering candidate slates quickly.
  • Demonstrated negotiation success and strong offer-acceptance rates.
  • Experience improving recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, conversion, and NPS.
  • Entrepreneurial autonomy with the ability to own projects end to end.
  • Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean search, social recruiting, community outreach, and referral networks.
  • AI literacy with the ability to evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools.
  • Strong ATS reporting and Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written.
