Description

  • Develop and follow an effective call strategy for the assigned region to increase referral outcomes from existing and potential partners.
  • Maintain referral relationships with physicians and office staff throughout a defined region.
  • Grow market share in the designated regions while promoting all brands and clinicians.
  • Report regularly to the Regional VP of Operations and VP of Sales on plan status, progress, and challenges.
  • Communicate goals, strategies, and outcomes effectively with regional leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and community leaders in the assigned region.
  • Present company information, service offerings, and outcomes data to existing and potential partners.
  • Use reporting and data tools to communicate the quality and clinical excellence of the team and services.
  • Identify publicity opportunities, coordinate community events, and participate in regional meetings as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the sales field.
  • 2+ years of sales and marketing experience selling to physicians, medical offices, employers, or a related field.
  • Medical or healthcare sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in an environment with multiple objectives.
  • Confidence and persuasiveness in guiding the sales process.
  • Ability to connect well with customer prospects and build business relationships.
  • High ability to sell intangibles such as ideas and concepts.
  • Flexible, adaptive, engaging, enthusiastic, resourceful, inventive, thorough, and diligent.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with limited supervision.
  • Travel up to 70% of the time throughout the assigned region.
