Description

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians and office staff across an assigned region.
  • Grow market share in designated regions by increasing referral outcomes from existing and potential partners.
  • Create and execute an effective call strategy for the assigned region.
  • Report regularly to the Regional VP of Operations and VP of Sales on plan progress, challenges, goals, strategies, and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and community leaders.
  • Present company information, service offerings, and outcomes data to existing and potential partners.
  • Use reporting and data tools to communicate team quality and clinical excellence.
  • Identify publicity opportunities, coordinate community events, and participate in regional meetings as requested.
  • Work collaboratively with clinic directors, therapy staff, business office staff, and peers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a sales field.
  • 2+ years of sales and marketing experience to physicians, medical offices, employers, or a related field.
  • Medical or healthcare sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and work in an environment with multiple objectives.
  • Confidence and persuasiveness in guiding the sales process.
  • Ability to sell intangibles such as ideas and concepts.
  • Flexible, adaptive, engaging, and enthusiastic work style.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to build business relationships with customers and community leaders.
  • Ability to present company information and outcomes data using appropriate medical terminology.
