Description

  • Own system-level outcomes and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.
  • Bring clarity to ambiguous problems by defining goals, milestones, and implementation plans.
  • Translate high-level designs into actionable execution details across teams and systems.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks before they impact launch.
  • Drive critical decisions by surfacing tradeoffs and aligning stakeholders on priorities.
  • Maintain a single trusted view of program health, including progress, risks, and changes.
  • Partner with engineering and product leaders to balance feature delivery with scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Influence how the organization plans, prioritizes, and delivers work at scale.
  • Lead complex cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering teams and systems.
  • Define scope, success metrics, and execution strategy for technical initiatives from concept through launch.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of technical program management, product management, or related experience in a software engineering environment.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple engineering teams and systems.
  • Experience leading complex technical initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Experience defining scope, success metrics, and execution strategy for technical programs.
  • Experience working on distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, and system design at scale.
  • Strong judgment and prioritization skills across technical and business domains (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences (preferred).
  • Track record of driving adoption of new processes, tools, or engineering standards across an organization (preferred).
  • Experience influencing senior and executive stakeholders on ambiguous, high-impact initiatives (preferred).
  • Experience improving engineering velocity through tooling, automation, or AI-based solutions (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $187,900 to $260,000 USD.
  • Target bonuses and annual equity grants.
