Description

  • Own and execute the Agent Program strategy through marketing, incentives, awareness campaigns, webinars, conferences, and trainings.
  • Define, track, and optimize performance metrics across all Agent Program initiatives using data-driven insights.
  • Build and deepen relationships with top agency partners and identify opportunities to expand program value and launch new Flex Pay solutions.
  • Manage the business development pipeline for new agency partners and expansion opportunities within the existing portfolio.
  • Develop growth strategies with agency partners using a multi-channel approach and partner technology offerings.
  • Improve internal processes for account registration, maintenance, and performance reporting.
  • Translate data and agent feedback into strategic recommendations, operational best practices, and training improvements.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Customer Service, and Fraud Operations to align campaigns, streamline operations, and mitigate risk.
  • Lead, develop, and retain the agent program team by setting goals, managing priorities, and providing coaching and performance feedback.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of travel agency experience focused on strategy, technology, training, and business development.
  • Deep knowledge of travel agencies’ booking systems, UX, and capabilities.
  • Proven experience developing training materials and delivering training in person or via webinar.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate partner feedback into actionable product requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities calmly under pressure and ambiguity.
  • Methodical problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrated experience managing direct reports, team development, and budget oversight.
  • Nice to have: bilingual in English and French or English and Spanish (oral and written).
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada and able to travel frequently, including weekends and/or off-hours support as needed.
  • English is required for all positions.
