Description

  • Identify, position, and execute capture strategies for key and strategic opportunities.
  • Develop large commercial captures from qualification through opportunity closure, including technical solutions and win strategies.
  • Create and execute capture plans and refine bid strategies to improve proposal readiness.
  • Gather, assess, and validate customer business and technical needs in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Work with account leads to define contact plans and technical solutions that align with customer requirements and win strategy.
  • Identify customer-wide IT parameters and constraints that affect the solution.
  • Assess probable competition and competitive threats within target opportunities.
  • Anticipate market threats and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Map company offerings to client requirements and identify gaps with plans to close business.
  • Apply pricing and baseline pricing strategies to build competitive and compelling capture strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience focused on selling to commercial customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Experience in the physical security, managed services, or related industries.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Proven success selling to commercial and enterprise customers.
  • Strong relationships within the commercial sector.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial procurement process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
