Description

  • Drive strategic new business by identifying, engaging, and winning enterprise merchants using a consultative, solution-led sales approach.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities aligned with acquiring, APMs and complex payment flows.
  • Own the full sales cycle for complex, multi-market enterprise deals from origination through structuring and closing.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise merchants, deeply understanding their business models, payment challenges and global expansion ambitions to position tailored solutions.
  • Engage senior enterprise stakeholders on acceptance strategy, local payment methods, cross-border optimisation and operational scalability leveraging payments expertise.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Compliance and Operations to design commercially viable, enterprise-grade and scalable merchant solutions.
  • Translate market insights into commercial opportunities, identifying emerging trends and advising how Unlimit can support large-scale merchants’ evolving needs.
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key enterprise merchants and ecosystem partners to drive sustainable growth and market positioning.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of total professional experience in business development, sales, or related commercial roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the online payments / fintech industry with broad understanding of the payments ecosystem.
  • Proven experience selling pay-ins (card acquiring and alternative payment methods) to merchants.
  • Solid knowledge of payment products, processes and end-to-end payment flows, and familiarity with typical client pain points.
  • Proven ability to independently identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with strong focus on new business generation and pipeline development.
  • Experience managing complex B2B deals with long sales cycles (2+ months) and working with multiple client stakeholders.
  • Relevant professional network within the payments or fintech ecosystem.
  • Results-driven mindset with experience working against clear KPIs aligned with market entry and growth objectives.
  • Experience in PSPs and fast-paced environments is a strong plus.
  • French or German language skills are a strong advantage (preferred).
