Description

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for XR graphics.
  • Use technical expertise, customer feedback, production verification, market research, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
  • Work with internal teams, end users, and partners to discover user needs and define feature requirements.
  • Validate technology in development and help ensure it meets customer needs.
  • Extract, analyze, and visualize quantitative and qualitative data to support product and user experience decisions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Design, Documentation, and Program Management to align on goals, requirements, and priorities.
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical constraints.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for releases.
  • Run customer feedback loops to continuously improve the product.
  • Act as the primary product advocate in customer meetings, partner discussions, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Highly technical understanding of real-time game and application development, with hands-on experience using Unity, Unreal, or a proprietary game engine.
  • Experience with XR development and graphics performance optimization.
  • Strong skills in roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to bring cross-functional teams together around shared goals and priorities.
  • Comfort presenting to customers, leadership, and at industry developer events such as Unite.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analysis tools.
  • Storytelling and visual presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely (preferred).
  • Knowledge of computer graphics and low-level graphics APIs such as Vulkan (preferred).
  • Sufficient knowledge of English for frequent professional verbal and written communication with global colleagues and partners.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
  • Work visa or immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Base salary of $153,400 to $230,200 USD.
