Description

  • Design and deploy advanced machine learning solutions using large-scale datasets.
  • Develop scalable online models and tools with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and modern LLM frameworks.
  • Drive projects end to end from translating business questions into technical strategies through production deployment.
  • Build, monitor, and optimize resilient production workflows and model pipelines.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, analysts, and developers to solve complex problems.
  • Lead machine learning projects and contribute to technical direction across the team.
  • Define hypotheses, build experiment infrastructure, and draw rigorous conclusions from results.
  • Work with large-scale data and production systems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • MSc or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related engineering field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist solving complex business problems with state-of-the-art algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
  • Strong software engineering expertise with experience deploying, maintaining, and scaling models in production.
  • Experience translating vague business questions into testable hypotheses and experimental designs.
  • Experience working with billions of records and big-data frameworks such as Spark, Ray, Dask, or Airflow.
  • Proven experience building and optimizing applied recommendation systems.
  • Fluency with modern AI coding tools and practices such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot.
  • Demonstrated experience leading machine learning projects in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Preferred: experience building applications with LLM and agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with LLM observability, evaluation, and tracing tools such as Langfuse.
  • Preferred: experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, or SageMaker, and feature stores such as Feast or Tecton.
  • English proficiency for frequent professional verbal and written communication with global colleagues and partners.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
